I purchased VIP tickets for the club on NYE only to be told that me and friends would not be allowed in as it was too full as they were letting people in on the door for £10 when VIP tickets were sold for £20. I have been trying to find an official way to complain but there are no details given for the bar online and it doesn't even have its own website. Could anyone help me please?
