Lovedough Celebrating Its 10th Birthday

Lovedough is at Tup Tup Palace tonight celebrating its 10th Birthday!

That’s right folks, clubbing superbrand LOVEDOUGH has managed to reach its 10TH BIRTHDAY!!!

From humble beginnings in Po Na Na Leeds in 2001 LoveDough arrived in Newcastle in October 2002 and launched at Ikon. From Ikon to Digital and from Digital to Tup (with a few cheeky one offs at Envy, Foundation and Sea along the way!!)… Its been a long and fruitful road :o )

LoveDough’s meteoric rise to fame has largely been down to its initial success in the Toon… Holding legendary parties with BBC Radio 1 & BBC Radio 1Xtra, Grandmaster Flash, Sway, Kano and just about every UK & US DJ worth his salt.

Get yourself down to Tup Tup at 22:30 tonight!

Jag Skills At Tup Tup Palace

Hooooooooooooooooooooo!

I cant believe I missed this. DJ Jaguar Skills was at Tup Tup Palace last night. He is such a good mashup DJ, one of the most original DJs around and I love his style.

If you arent familar with his work and missed out him probably blowing the roof off Tup Tup, check out his mixes, and you will be there the next time :D

I guess Tup Tup now let ninjas into the building ;)

Olly Muirs needs the Jean Factor

Olly Muirs was in Tup Tup Palace with his mate Danyl Johnson, the X Factor stars were having a good drink, maybe Olly should save his cash for a new pair of jeans, ones without a hole in them in a very suspect place!!!

Stacey Solomon was also there, looking amazing! She looks great and is so sweet! :) Shame i wasnt in on that night :(

Some other X Factor finalists were there.

Good Nightclubs In Newcastle?

Where are the good nightclubs in Newcastle? No really, Where are they?! It seems like we have loads of good bars in NCL, but Nightclubs, well, where are they…

They all seem to be the same these days, with the exception of probably Digital, which has big name events and big name DJs, which come at a big price.

Tup Tup Palace, The Cut and others are very similar in the crowds they pull in, same music all over the place, same attitudes.

Then you have the others, Blu Bambu, Mood, The Attic, Liquid/Envy which are different but the same, different crowds to the above but still the same crowds go to these, similar music and so on…

So if you look at it like that, there are only 2 actual places to go. Since we have so many late bars these days, is it the end of the clubs?
